What is KPV?

A three-amino-acid fragment of alpha-MSH, a natural hormone involved in inflammation and pigmentation.

What do people take KPV for?

Gut healing and skin inflammation.

How does KPV work?

It is the last three amino acids (lysine, proline, valine) of alpha-MSH. In the gut it is taken up by a transporter called PepT1.

Should I talk to a physician about KPV?

If you are considering it, or already using it, a physician can look at your history, your labs and your goals, and at what else might explain what you are hoping to change. At Aether Medicine in King of Prussia, near Philadelphia, or by video for patients in Pennsylvania.
